Lymph Drainage Massage

This one is gentle. I may apply slight pressure here and there but overall expect a soft touch. The massage usually begins by activating the heart and abdomen, then moves through the limbs with slow strokes directed towards the heart. If time allows for it, I like to also include the neck, face, and back for a full-body sense of lightness and calm. However, since I prefer to work intuitively, each session is unique — I may spend more time in certain areas depending on what the body needs that day. Rather than following a fixed routine, I tailor the massage to support your individual rhythm and flow.

Deep Tissue Massage

This one is quite intense. I work slow and careful, but as strong as the body can safely receive. This is a strong and focused massage, delivered with care and precision. I work slowly, using my elbows, palms, knees, and forearms. By leaning in with my full bodyweight, I’m able to reach deep layers of tension, especially in the upper and lower back, neck, arms, hips, and legs. To help the body release more fully, I will often invite you to take deep, slow breaths—especially when we reach the areas holding the most tension. If the back feels particularly stiff, I may gently rock the body from side to side to soften the muscles around the spine. The goal is to encourage fluid, wave-like motion through the spine.

The cosmic burrito

This one is my favourite – and also my specialty. It combines the gentle strokes from the lymph drainage with the firm and grounding touches of the deep tissue massage. Each session is highly intuitive, and tailor-made to every individual’s needs. For some it can even feel a bit emotional, as the release of tension and stress comes, at times, in the form of tears. But even if I never quite know how the session will be for each person, my intention is always the same: to help people feel soft, tender, and at home in their body.
